Job Role: Create develop and retain customers for Systems offerings. Able to prepare offer based on customer requirement. Strong customer business/relationship engagement and lead solution driven business development right up to commercial closure. Identify key product strengths to specifications and create preference and value proposition. Able to transfer order with all clarity to Project Management Team (Execution Team). Able to generate enquiry and proper positioning of systems in competition accounts.
Skills and Competency: Must have acquired experience & deeper insights in Distributed Control System DCS & Safety PLC from organisation of repute. Must have demonstrated successfully on delivering assigned business metrics in the past. Must have excellent learning agility that will help in co-innovation & demand creation. Additional knowledge on PLC & SCADA system will be an added advantage. Good Knowledge of basic and updated with latest competition systems and directions. Can establish and build solid relationship with customers at all levels. Can be able to negotiate contracts on techno-commercially and able to work with cross functional leads. Able to communicate effectively both oral and written communication and able to lead team in future.
Able to make strategies for each job before going ahead and can modify actions based on situational analysis.

Presentation to Customer. Bid preparation techno-commercial discussion system positioning showing strength tracking of new and existing opportunities based on market scenario and our product strength position system at right time to customer be a team player in region co-ordination with HQ and proper transfer of order to execution team.
