Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Dynamics 365: Administer configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead Power Platform Innovation: Design and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that improve operations and user experience.
• Collaborate and Consult: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and deliver seamless integrations.
• Support Core Systems: Provide technical support for ERP peripheral systems e-commerce platforms and integration environments.
• Drive Data Excellence: Manage and maintain databases prepare datasets and develop queries to support reporting and analytics.
• Champion System Health: Monitor performance troubleshoot issues and maintain clear documentation and training materials.
   

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 23 years with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform; 5 years in IT application/database support with strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with JavaScript TypeScript C# or Power Fx; experience with SSRS reporting tools and Dataverse.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication ability to work independently and effective priority management.
• Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 highly desirable.
