Qualifications

• Proven leadership success as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing environment

• Experience managing a high-volume building with diverse acuity levels

• Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge

• Ability to inspire mentor and hold teams accountable

• Track record of driving quality outcomes and survey readiness

• Collaborative leadership style able to thrive with strong corporate support

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a large nursing team across multiple clinical departments

• Maintain high clinical standards regulatory compliance and QAPI excellence

• Drive staffing training and development initiatives

• Develop and sustain a culture of teamwork accountability and resident-centered care

• Partner closely with the Administrator and senior support teams

• Manage budget staffing strategies and clinical improvement plans
