Job Details
- Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)
- Pay Range: $17.63$18.25 per hour (based on skills and experience)
- Work Location: Onsite Sterling IL 61081
- Shift: 4:30 AM 2:30 PM
- Travel: 5%
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean safe work areas and respond promptly to maintenance-related incidents.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in electrical carpentry plumbing masonry and painting.
- Properly dispose of waste and scrap materials following safety and environmental regulations.
- Order required parts tools and supplies to support facility and equipment maintenance.
- Accurately document maintenance and repair activities including time and material costs.
- Support the maintenance team with daily tasks and facility improvement projects.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Assist with facility upgrades such as painting drywall fixture installation and light carpentry.
- Move materials equipment or furniture throughout the facility as needed.
- Follow all Safety Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Required)
- 02 years of experience in facility equipment or building maintenance
- General knowledge of basic maintenance disciplines (electrical plumbing carpentry painting etc.)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending and stooping
- Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools
