As a Management Consultant Analyst you will join a dynamic team where you will gain hands-on consulting experience working alongside industry professionals and leaders. The Role
- Support Senior Consultants and Directors to deliver innovative people and organization solutions across strategic areas such as organization design workforce planning total rewards and career frameworks
- Assist in executing small project tasks and client deliverables contributing to project success while learning project management fundamentals
- Participate in market research and proposal development to help the Advisory business grow and win new clients
- Collaborate effectively within a team contributing ideas and learning from experienced colleagues in a supportive environment
- Develop your consulting skills through training mentoring and hands-on project experience

Qualifications
The Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience ideally in consulting corporate environments or related fields
- Previous internship experience(s) is a must.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline; degrees in actuarial science engineering business arts or related fields are a plus
- Strong interest in organizational strategy people management and business consulting
- Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for problem-solving and learning new concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and present ideas effectively
- Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced client-focused environment
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work culture
