Whats a Publican really
Publican - In the world of Pubs leadership is the art of turning strangers into friends and friends into loyal guests.
Sitting neatly on the corner of King and Murray Streets is the Belgian Beer Cafe. As guests step through our front doors theyll be transported into a different world where the 1930s are kicking off and Belgiums old school style and charm oozes through the walls. Were a unique experience in Perth providing locals and visitors with an authentic experience complete with a huge selection of our famous Belgian Beer and a menu full of delicious dishes with a nod to modern Australian cuisine including all the pub classics guests know and love. Located in the perfect position in Perths CBD guests can stay the night in one of our modern rooms and experience the best of the west from the comfort of the Belgian Beer Cafe.
We provide quality service and were known for our beer pouring theatrics to make your experience that much better.
Salary: From $95000 superannuation bonus
A day in the life of a Publican:
- You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like its your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant.
- Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

You already know if this is for you. Youve got the experience the presence and the pride it takes to own a pub like its been yours forever. Youre not just running a venue - youre living the Publican life.
Hold current industry RSA and Approved Managers Card as per WA state requirements
