About the Opportunity

As Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading sales activities developing strategic plans and driving revenue growth across your portfolio. You will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships guiding your team to deliver value-based solutions and ensuring alignment with Sandviks broader business objectives.

Working closely with customers internal stakeholders and senior leaders you will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership to deliver strong commercial outcomes while fostering a culture of safety collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Managing coaching and developing a high-performing sales team.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Driving pipeline management forecasting and reporting accuracy.

• Supporting tender submissions contract negotiations and pricing strategies.

• Analysing market trends customer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Ensuring compliance with Sandviks safety governance and ethical standards.

About you

You are a confident leader with strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset. You will bring:

• Proven experience in sales leadership business development or commercial management ideally within mining or heavy industry.

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams.

• Strong negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to translate strategy into actionable sales plans.

• A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management.

• A tertiary qualification in Business Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
