Reporting to the Business Manager/Director your responsibilities will include:
Advising project teams with practical ecology-based solutions
Overseeing project budgets timelines and compliance reporting
Leading a team of ecologists and bush regeneration professionals
Ensuring alignment with NSW environmental legislation and approvals
Driving collaboration between ecology construction and nursery divisions
Delivering projects across planning assessment fieldwork and reporting stages

About You
Youre a confident solution-focused ecological professional whos ready to step into a strategic leadership role. With strong operational and stakeholder management skills you know how to deliver outcomes while maintaining compliance and innovation.
To be successful you will have:
- A degree in Ecology Environmental Science or a related discipline
Demonstrated success in managing projects budgets and risk
