Job Summary
Vuori Returns Specialists are responsible for processing and issuing refunds for E-Commerce and Wholesale returns in a fast-paced high-volume environment. You are responsible for grading the condition of returned product with keen attention to detail and guaranteeing only brand new unworn items are resold to our Vuori customers. Returns Specialists work cross functionally with the Customer Service and Wholesale Teams to confirm proper refunds are issued in a timely manner.
What youll get to do:
- Receiving and processing returns
- Quality grading and inspection of returned items
- Transferring of goods back to the DC
- Work cross functionally with other departments
- Folding and repackaging
- Provide quality feedback to leadership
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- Warehouse or retail experience
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to self-manage and assist fellow team members
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

The hourly range for this role is $19/hr - $22/hr.
