Job Summary
- Support the Industrial Engineering team in data collection analysis and reporting to improve process efficiency
- Assist in time studies workflow analysis and ergonomic layout updates
- Track and analyze data using SAP Excel or Power BI
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and engineering-related initiatives
- Support the coordination and administration of digital transformation work packages
Qualifications :
- 3rd or 4th-year student in Industrial Engineering
- Good command of MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; proactive and positive mindset
- Curious and eager to learn staying updated on industry trends and sharing ideas with the team
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud) is preferred
- Very good command of Turkish and English
