We are looking for team members to support our German-speaking markets by handling customer inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner. No prior experience is needed our comprehensive training program will prepare you for the role.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls emails and chat requests in German
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
Outbound sales
Forward cases to relevant departments when necessary
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Fluent German speaking and writing skills
Residence in Turkey
Strong communication skills patience and a solution-focused attitude
Ability to work in a shift-based schedule
Basic computer skills
