Working in the team of facilities you are expected to:
- Support the maintenance and operation of facilities by identifying and resolving issues conducting inspections and ensuring facilities are clean safe and well-maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements codes and standards including environmental health and safety regulations to minimize risk and liability for the company.
- Coordinate construction and reconstruction projects.
- Optimize construction processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise the quality of execution ensuring high standards.

Your main responsibilities include:

Qualifications :
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field is required.
- Fluent English is mandatory and a good level of French is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Engineering Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering principles related to facility design operations and maintenance.
Project Management: Ability to manage projects from conception through completion including budgeting scheduling and resource management.
Building Systems Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC electrical systems plumbing safety systems and other facility-related systems.
Sustainability Practices: Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy efficiency measures in facility operations.
Soft Skills:
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor a team manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups including management contractors and staff.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with different departments such as maintenance operations and finance.
