Oracle Cloud Automated Testing Consultant (HCM)

Version 1 seeks an Oracle Cloud Automated Testing Consultant for the HCM Cloud application. The successful candidate will join our Bangalore based Oracle Cloud Support team forming part of Version 1s ERP Practice. The candidate should be process driven with great documentation skills and with prior experience of testing within the Oracle HCM Cloud application. Prior experience of working with the Katalon Studio software is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Build automated test scripts based on existing manual scripts using Katalon Studio
• Verify script execution to ensure accuracy of testing outcomes
• Liaise with functional consultants to confirm testing steps and expected behaviour
• Identify risks and gaps with existing test scripts
• Report on scripting progress and highlight blockers and issues
• Contribute to team meetings to share best practices and Katalon functionality
• Help to train team members on Katalon functionality

Qualifications :

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
• Prior exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM application and familiarity with navigation
• Must have good experience translating test requirements into functional scripts
• ITIL process knowledge
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently 

Desirable Skills:  

• Prior Katalon experience (or other test automation tools) will be highly advantageous
• Functional problem investigation skills.
