Integration and Configuration
- Design develop test and maintain Workday integrations using EIB Workday Studio Cloud Connect and REST or SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure successful execution of scheduled and eventdriven integrations.
- Configure Workday modules including HCM Benefits Payroll Compensation and Talent.
- Manage the integration lifecycle in alignment with SDLC standards and best practices.
Functional and Business Support
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze needs and configure Workday solutions.
- Support Workday biannual releases including feature impact assessments configuration updates and regression testing.
- Provide user training documentation and production support.
- Partner with application and configuration item owners to maintain CMDB accuracy and compliance.
Reporting and Analysis
- Develop custom and advanced Workday reports using RaaS calculated fields and PRISM.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and managementlevel reporting.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues or inefficiencies.
IT Operations and Governance
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on patching vulnerability remediation and operational compliance.
- Maintain configuration items in the CMDB and ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy.
- Support IAM and data privacy standards across Workday and related systems.
Governance Risk and Compliance
- Participate in internal audits and adhere to ITIL processes including Incident Change and Problem Management.
- Complete application risk assessments and assist with security and privacy documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and resiliency teams for disaster recovery planning and service impact assessments.
- Execute IAM procedures including user access reviews and entitlements management.
- Manage patching and remediation actions with infrastructure and security teams.
- Report and manage noncompliance items and support audit issue resolution.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems HR Technology or related field.
Minimum five years of Workday experience including integration development and functional configuration.
Handson experience with EIB Studio Cloud Connect REST or SOAP APIs and Workday reporting tools.
Strong understanding of IT operations governance risk compliance and SDLC.
Familiarity with configuration management CMDB tools and ITIL processes.
Excellent analytical communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
Workday certifications in Integration HCM or Reporting.
Experience working in a global enterprisescale HRIS or IT environment.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and risk management frameworks.
Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow Qualys and data privacy platforms.
