Our On-Call Coordinators are exceptional individuals who handle emergency calls from a range of sources including service users and their families care staff local councils GPs health professionals community services and other emergency services. As the first point of contact you will need to work quickly and calmly gathering essential details and logging information into a computer system. Youll make critical decisions on how best to address each situation.
Qualifications :
Ideally we would like you to have experience in care customer service or a call center environment. However this is not essential as we provide full training. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
