About the Role
As an Economic Designer you will be responsible for designing and balancing features systems and game content that will encourage the player to invest in a game to enhance his experience. You will work closely with designers producers engineers and artists during the production launch and live operations of games.

What you will do
- Responsible for the planning design and optimization of economic and commercial systems.
- Design rules and numerical systems related to in-game generation and consumption as well as experience adjustments and optimizations
- Responsible for data-related configuration ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other teams including game design programming art to ensure the implementation of designs on time and with high quality.
- Analyze product data user feedback and competitor trends to continuously optimize and enhance the gaming experience.

Qualifications :
What you will bring
Strong knowledge and experience with online/multi-player/social games or free to play games.
Solid experience with monetization game balancing social features reward structure viral aspects
High level of mathematical literacy combined with business acumen and have a solid foundation in statistics.
Communicate clearly and efficiently analytical thinking problem solving mind-set
Experience in large DAU casual game is preferred
Communication in Chinese is a must
