Talent Acquisition is a crucial activity to support the long term development of our business. Our team brings expertise and added value in Recruitment using the reference from the market best practices and continuous improvement.
As TA Partner he/she will play the unique role and bring the direct impact on the effectiveness of talent acquisition (TA) in the sourcing and selection of high caliber candidates for the organization.

Account for overall TA performance of the in-scope business line and functions
Manage the full lifecycle of the day-to-day recruitment process including briefings search strategy sourcing screening interview coordination feedback management offer management and negotiation
Execute the recruitment strategy across his/her scope and implement a series of tactics to ensure the successful achievement of annual targets
Proactively manage the relationship with both external and internal stakeholders
Leverage the subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes and maintain knowledge on all equal employment opportunity regulations
Use metrics to create reports and identify improvement areas develop and lead various projects to make continuous improvement

Bachelor degree or above
8 years of solid experience as a Talent Acquisition professional and management in industrial MNCs for massive hiring of both white collar and blue collar with proven experience in direct sourcing techniques
Proven ability to partner with various stakeholders
Experience with HRIS ATS(Workday Tupu) Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools is plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and present at all levels of the organization (both written and verbal)
Must be flexible adaptable with ability to multitask Able to demonstrate project management and organization skills
