Job Summary

Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Management Expert to join our HR team. Based in China this role is pivotal in designing implementing and driving global talent initiatives within the regional context. You will be a key partner to business and HR leaders ensuring our talent strategy fuels business growth and builds a robust future-ready leadership pipeline for this leading global automotive components supplier.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for building and optimizing the companys talent management system including end-to-end modules such as talent review succession planning core talent development and high-potential talent development. Ensure the system aligns with the strategic requirements of Bosch Group and China business development;
  2. Design and implement succession planning build a succession talent pipeline for the executive level core middle level and key management positions and formulate personalized successor development programs (such as mentoring system job rotation plan etc.) to ensure the continuous supply of talents for key positions.
  3. Take charge of the full-cycle management of high-potential talent development projects from project design resource connection process implementation to effect evaluation. Create a systematic high-potential talent development path to improve their comprehensive capabilities and job adaptability.
  4. Promote the optimization of talent development-related systems and processes improve talent incentive and retention mechanisms put forward targeted improvement measures and enhance the sense of belonging and loyalty of core talents in liaison with other HR functions.
  5. Be responsible for the statistics analysis and reporting of talent management-related data and provide data support for the management to formulate talent strategies.
  6. Integrate AI and digital solutions into the talent management process to enable data-driven profiling decision-making and other initiatives.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelors degree or above;
  2. 5 years of progressive HR experience  HR Business Partner experiences preferred;
  3. Proven track record of designing and implementing talent management initiatives from strategy to execution.
  4. Excellent project management analytical and data-driven storytelling skills.
  5. Deep understanding of talent review methodologies competency frameworks and assessment tools.
  6. Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders acting as a credible talent advisor.
  7. Fluent in English and Chinese with exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
