• Maintain precise control of guest and hotel accounts.

• Handle calls professionally offering quick and helpful responses.
• Promote hotel facilities through confident upselling and product knowledge.
• Complete daily checklists and report follow-ups to the leadership team.
• Stay informed of daily updates VIP arrivals and special requests.

Qualifications :

• Passionate motivated and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Possess a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
• Bring proven experience in a similar Front Office or guest service role.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a natural flair for connection.
• Skilled in the Opera Front Office system from reservations to check-in cashiering and beyond.
• Impeccably presented embodying the elegance and sophistication of the Sofitel brand.
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
