The Role:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Club Managers with daily operations. If youre motivated with proven sales experience and strong administrative skills this role is for you. Youll help drive sales growth support marketing initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service. A genuine passion for fitness working in a fun engaging and results-driven environment. Skills Required:

Preferred sales experience comfortable making a high volume of phone calls

Fun energetic and gets energy from engaging with people. Willing to promote the club in an external capacity to members of the public

Strong administrative skills

Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills

Confident with content creation and appearing on camera

Self-starter who thrives when multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work some Saturdays is a must.
