- Using data analysis tools (e.g. Excel data visualization software) to analysing trends patterns and key insights.
- Collaborating with team members to create project documentation including project plans communications status reports and presentation materials.
- Conducting research to gather relevant information and data needed for project decision-making.
- Collecting and organising data from various sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing reports and dashboards summarising data findings for departmental use.
- Support the shared team inbox (forward tag follow up) and help close out customer/order queries.
- Update customer/order details in our systems (SAP and internal tools full training provided).
- Help build and maintain a simple Team Portal in SharePoint (upload SOPs/templates tidy folders create quick links update team news items).
Qualifications :
- Be currently enrolled in and have completed a minimum of 1 year towards an undergraduate degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics Data Analytics or similar.
- Ability to build and maintain productive and positive relationships within a diverse environment.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail be able to prioritise multiple tasks work well within a team.
- Ability and willingness to seek information apply context and share knowledge.
Desirable:
- Formal training in the Microsoft Office and/ or Microsoft 360.
- Exposure to Power BI.
