The Role

Work with us in a traineeship that makes a positive difference to our customers lives each day! Based in Cannon Hill we have a new 12-month full time business traineeship opportunity working with the Fleet/Asset Management Team. This is a varied role with lots of multitasking from email inbox triage managing multiple databases form completion invoicing activity project involvement and minute taking. No two days will be the same as the fleet team manage both vehicles mobile plant & equipment blue cards registration records accident and infringements. Just about anything that needs to be parked where it needs to be parked and how its parked across Queensland NSW and Victoria!

The Host

The trainee will be placed with our host The Endeavour Foundation. An organisation where people are working together making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.

With over 5000 staff operating over 300 sites in the heart of local communities across Queensland and New South Wales and Victoria the Endeavour Foundation offers choice opportunities and personalised support in the key areas of home work learning and community participation.

This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Representative who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business.

What will you bring to the role

Our team will help you develop during the traineeship but there are some minimum requirements and key traits were looking for:

• Drivers Licence
• Customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Understand the importance of client privacy
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Initiative and eager to learn
• Ability to work Monday to Friday full time
• Obtain (or willing to) a Blue Card and NDIS Check (we reimburse for this)
• Pass a Police Check
• Provide two references
• Successful candidates will participate in a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test

We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
