Summary:The
Implementation Consultant(IC) plays a key role in configuring Entsias insurance platform to meet the needs of customers across a range of insurance products. This role is
75% technical (configuration/scriting)and
25% customer-facing with involvement across the full implementation lifecyclefrom requirements gathering through to system delivery and support.
Youll use tools provided by Entsia to
model insurance products build APIs configure business rules develop UI flows and integrate with third-party systems. Youll work closely with customers to elicit requirements advocate for best practices and deliver working insurance systemsspanning project timelines from
6 months to several years often across multiple concurrent projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Platform Configuration: Use Entsias low-code platform (primarily Groovy scripting) to model insurance products and workflows.
- Product Development: Design and configure reusable product modules that can be distributed across clients.
- Scripting & API Integration: Implement business logic rules and calculations using Groovy. Integrate with 3rd party services via RESTful APIs.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers to understand and translate needs into technical deliverables.
- Document Automation: Manage document template generation and production within the platform.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersfrom small brokers to multinational insurers.
- Best Practices Advocacy: Help clients adopt scalable maintainable approaches to implementation.
Tech & Project Environment- Languages & Tools: Groovy (primary scripting) REST APIs relational databases
- Project Durations: Typically 624 months
- Customer Base: Ranges from 2-person brokers to large global insurers
- Project Style: Agile/iterative delivery with collaborative cross-functional teams
