Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst who will provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Office 365-related issues This position will be full-time and onsite - Alabang.

What Youll Do:

  • Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve technical problems ensuring minimal disruption to users.

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to address complex technical challenges.

  • Maintain and update documentation related to O365 support processes and solutions.

  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Office 365 to provide proactive support.

What Youll Need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role with a focus on Microsoft Office 365.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tickets efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and end-users.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
