As a Presale AI Lead you will drive solutioning strategy and client engagement for our Data & AI offerings. This role bridges technology and business partnering with sales and delivery teams to translate complex AI capabilities into practical high-value client solutions.
What will you do
Client Engagement & Solutioning
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities to apply AI data and analytics solutions.
- Develop tailored solution proposals architectures and proof-of-concept designs aligned with client needs and strategic objectives.
- Lead AI-focused discovery sessions demos and workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Presales Strategy & Support
- Partner with sales and account teams to shape go-to-market strategies for AI and data-driven solutions.
- Lead the creation of RFP/RFI responses proposals and presentations for AI solution bids.
- Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible scalable and aligned with best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends emerging technologies and competitor offerings to enhance positioning.
Thought Leadership & Advocacy
- Represent the organization in client briefings industry events and internal innovation sessions as an AI thought leader.
- Develop use cases frameworks and accelerators that showcase the organizations AI capabilities and methodologies.
- Mentor internal teams on presales excellence and data/AI solutioning approaches.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of experience in data analytics AI or related domains with at least 3 years in a presales or client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts data platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to craft AI solution architectures business cases and demos.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both executives and technical audiences.
- Experience in consulting technology services or enterprise solution environments preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset.
- Confident communicator able to simplify complex AI topics.
- Collaborative team player who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.
