JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated technically skilled and customer-focused individual to join our EMEA Training Team based inKrakow Poland. This is a joint role where you will split your time between acting as aSystem Technologist(providing lab and system support) and aTraining Instructor(delivering technical courses) ensuring both the training environments and the content delivery are world-class.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Course Delivery:Deliver technical and end-user training courses both in-person and virtually on the MSI solutions/product portfolio focusing primarily on LMR andMobile Videoproducts.
Student Support:Provide technical guidance answer questions and facilitate practical lab exercises for students ensuring an effective learning experience.
Content Feedback:Work closely with the Curriculum Development team to provide feedback and suggestions for course content ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide expert technical support for a wide range of issues within theOneLE Eco-System including front-end GUI problems server-side application issues database networking desktop simulator tools and system failures.
Provide critical lab support for all Training deliveries ensuring all systems are operational before during and after courses.
OneLE Lab Environment:
Supports the operation installation deployment maintenance and service of Motorola Solutions Products within the OneLE Eco-System.
Documentation & Asset Management:
Develop and maintain technical and lab workflow documentation.
Assist with asset management including shipping ordering and associated logistics for the training environment.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Implement best practices to ensure the integrity and stability of systems and solutions before they are used for training.
Education:Associates degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Technical Skills:
Training/Instruction Experience:Proven ability to present and explain complex technical concepts effectively to a diverse audience.
In-depth installation configuration and troubleshooting experience withWindows Serversand clients operating systems.
Strong understanding ofVMwaresoftware and its applications.
Knowledge ofWindows Domainarchitecture integration andActive Directory.
Knowledge ofLinux/UNIXsystems.
Experience withLAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Motorolas LMR (mainly DIMETRA) and Mobile Video Product Portfolio.
Communication & Collaboration:
Fluency in English Polish and German is requiredwith excellent written and oral presentation skills in all three.
Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for teaching and helping others learn.
Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professional communication.
Personal Attributes:
Strong sense of ownership and commitment to both customer satisfaction and educational outcomes.
Independent self-sufficient nature with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Strong work ethic integrity and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in supporting an educational training environment.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA Cisco Juniper Certified Technical Trainer).
This position requires onsite support and training delivery; the expectation is the individual will be based in theKrakow Training Centre. Overseas Travel -Up to 40%(for training delivery or lab support)
