Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable Senior Process Associate German Hybrid Krakow
In this role you will manage and oversee the accounts receivable (AR) processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
Process and verify customer invoices related to sales transactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper documentation and approval of invoices.
Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions.
Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing AR reports and reconciliations.
Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders resolving invoice-related queries and issues.
Reconcile customer statements and resolve discrepancies.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in AR processing.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Fluency in German and a strong command of English
High school diploma or equivalent
experience in AR
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
Knowledge of additional languages
