We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in México city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Benefits Operations Senior AnalystYou will be responsible for providing excellent customer service managing the quality of processes providing support to team members and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

We will count on you to:

  • Review client process documentation to ensure alignment with best practices (ad hoc)
  • Support agents on complex tasks and advise on ways of working and best practices
  • Conduct process reviews to improve efficiency and quality continuously
  • Perform regular quality checks according to team targets and provide feedback/ reports on quality monitoring
  • Manage and deliver training sessions for new joiners and existing employees
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and adherence to agreed processes
  • Submit regular reports on team performance training progress and feedback surveys
  • Attend meetings and support escalations from a ways of working & best practice perspective (ad hoc)

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting quality management or similar fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent experience with training delivery and content creation
  • Intermediate experience on conducting quality reviews on agents
  • Advanced knowledge in creating Visio Flow & checklists
  • Excellent experience in working with working knowledge of learning platforms (Talent LMS /Confluence /Degreed/SharePoint)
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching others
  • Experience on administration and benefits knowledge desired
  • Familiar with the incident management framework
