What awaits you/ Job Profile
| - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Master with a strong background in agile methodologies and team facilitation.
- Responsible for the application of the agreed core elements of the BMW Agile Working Model within the Feature Team towards the Feature Teams and the Product Owner
- Ensuring both Internal & External Teams adheres to the core elements of the agreed Agile working model and follow-up of agile events.
- Backlog Pre-planning with the PO for the sprint DOR (Writing the user stories along with the PO).
- Align AWM with supplier handover and track some efforts on specific categories Service User Stories.
- Coach leaders teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices self-organization Effective working methods & building Growth mindset.
- Ensure the OKRs are worked bi-directional and understood by the team as a milestone goal.
- Visualizing the performance of the teams with appropriate metrics and continuous improvement of collaboration to promote team efficiency.
- Supporting the product owner in ensuring an effective distribution of backlog items across the teams (avoiding risks ensuring knowledge transfer).
- Support the team on AWM or AWM artefacts like Product Depot and YPA etc.
- Product internal workshops facilitation.
- Impediment Remover.
- Housekeeping of JIRA & Confluence.

| - Total IT Experience 6-12 years
- Relevant IT Experience 4-10 years
- Agile Coaching & Transformation Consulting Skills
- Exposure driving Technology Teams
- Exposure to Delivery Management
- SCRUM Kanban LESS Scaled Agile
- Competence to target and assess compliance with mandatory elements of the agreed BMW Agile Working Model towards the Product Owner and the Feature Teams as well as other relevant internal and external partners
- Competence to escalate towards the Delivery Manager the Product Owner and/or the Line Manager.
- Competence to identify measures for improvement towards the Feature Teams.
