Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Product Analytics this role you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven product decisions collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that enhance our product offerings and user experience.
About the Role:
Translate complex business problems into actionable analytics requirements and initiatives.
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed product decisions.
Analyse product performance user behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate key insights.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support product experimentation.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders fostering a data-driven culture.
Ensure data quality and mentor junior analysts on best practices.
About You:
Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics).
5 years of experience in data analysis with a focus on product analytics.
Advanced skills in SQL Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis; experience with large datasets and data warehousing.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude AI CoPilot) for analytics tasks.
Strong track record of translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations; experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence cross-functional teams.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI) preferred.
Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and digital product metrics.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
