Overview

The Project Manager/Agile Coach I is responsible for planning executing and delivering projects within scope timeline and budget. This role requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

Your role

• Develop and manage project plans schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field.
• Minimum 810 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with large-scale multi-disciplinary projects.
