The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Strategy Consulting team you will lead project teams to support global engagements delivering impactful results through strategic insights and recommendations. As a Manager you will play a key leadership role in driving the end-to-end delivery of complex strategy projects guiding clients through critical business decisions while fostering collaboration and talent development within your team.

Responsibilities

- Experience in consulting project management internal operations or strategic planning roles preferably within professional services or advisory firms.

- Experience managing complex or cross-functional projects with demonstrated results.

- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).

What You Must Have

- Masters Degree

- 7 years of experience

- MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
