We are looking for a Mid-Level Sales Operations Specialist to support the commercial team by optimizing processes managing tools and performing performance analyses. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency data quality and supporting strategic decision-making within the sales organization.

What you will do:

Map optimize and standardize sales funnel processes.
Manage and optimize CRM usage (HubSpot) and integrations.
Ensure quality organization and governance of sales data.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
Monitor KPIs (e.g. conversion CAC sales cycle quota attainment forecast).
Support training related to commercial tools and processes.
Collaborate with Marketing Sales Customer Success and Product teams.
Support commercial planning and performance analysis.
