Job Summary
POSITION Sales Coordinator Off rolls
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage sales orders from receipt to execution ensuring timely processing and coordination with
vendors.
Coordinate dispatch planning scheduling and logistics to meet customer delivery requirements.
Utilize ERP systems to track sales orders manage inventory levels and analyze performance
metrics.
Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls emails or chats to resolve queries and
concerns.
Ensure accurate payment follow-ups and maintain a high level of professionalism in all
interactions with customers.
