Automation scripting using Python or PowerShell
Experience with automation tools like Ansible or SaltStack
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers networks cloud platforms)
Full-stack development (web apps and APIs)
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Good communication and documentation skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent exp
5 years of experience in IT automation or DevOps
Programming in Go or Rust
Experience with Victoria Metrics Nautobot Grafana BigPanda Loki
Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring and observability tools
On-call support experience
Develop and maintain automation workflows for IT operations
Integrate automation with existing tools and platforms
Monitor and resolve automation-related issues
Document standards and provide support to IT teams
Research and recommend new automation technologies
