Azure DevOps Engineer

What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactiveDevOps Engineerwith 35 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud infrastructure automation cloud security operations and CI/CD pipeline management. This role also requires strong knowledge of identity and access management certificate lifecycle management and ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design implement and maintainAzure DevOps pipelinesfor continuous integration and deployment.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning usingInfrastructure as Code (IaC)tools such asBicepandTerraform.

• Manage and optimizeAzure Cloudenvironments includingLinuxandWindowssystems.

• Set up and maintain monitoring for cloud applications using Azure Monitor or third-party tools.

• Implement and manageAzure Identity and Access Management (IAM)including role-based access control (RBAC) access reviews and conditional access policies.

• Manageaccess keyssecrets andcertificate rotationsecurely using Azure Key Vault or equivalent tools.

• Ensure secure cloud operations includingvulnerability managementremediation andcompliance.

• Collaborate with development teams working to streamline deployments.

• Implement and manageKubernetesclusters for container orchestration.

• Integrate and manage security tools such asWizCrowdStrike andSonarQube.

• Participate inincidentchange andproblem managementprocesses as perITIL standards.

• Provide support in a24x7 rotational shiftenvironment ensuring high availability and reliability of services.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 3 - 5 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3 - 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.

• Strong hands-on experience withAzure Cloudservices and architecture.

• Proficiency inLinuxandWindowssystem administration.

• Solid understanding ofcloud networkingIAM andcloud security principles.

• Experience withAzure DevOpsTerraformBicep and CI/CD pipeline setup.

• Familiarity and container technologies likeDockerandKubernetes.

• Experience withaccess key managementcertificate rotation andAzure Key Vault.

• Exposure tosecurity operations including vulnerability scanning and remediation.

• Working knowledge ofITIL processesand enterprise-grade monitoring tools.

• Excellent troubleshooting communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-104 AZ-400).

• Experience with GitOps and DevSecOps practices.

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS GCP) is a plus.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell Bash Python).
