About the role
We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist fluent in German to join our international team in Katowice. You will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers providing professional technical assistance and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Customer support: Handle calls and emails assisting customers in resolving technical issues.
Problem-solving: Use your technical understanding and analytical mindset to deliver quick and effective solutions.
Data entry: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data into internal systems.
Relationship building: Develop and maintain trustworthy long-term relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
Requirements
Fluency in German (C1 level) you will be communicating directly with German-speaking customers.
English (B2 level) for internal communication and training.
Strong communication skills openness and a customer-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow we value curiosity and continuous development.
