Responsibilities- Act as primary point of contact to accept service orders from customers via email EDI and phone
- Answer customer inquiries and effectively communicate the process and procedures for clear understanding
- Review order requests against defined set of requirements to determine compliance this includes sell/ship/bill authority validity of requested pricing and financial terms and service availability
- Accurately enter orders into CP/S system for fulfillment within a specified timeframe (processing POs in 48h and answering to requests in 24h) from receipt
- Research submit for approval & issue credits/ rebills as needed which include interaction with customers credit administration & field personnel to resolve customer issues as well as aged receivables. (Limit the credit error admin for the processed POs to 1% and high accuracy for data entries in SAP SFDC and other tools)
- Keep Supervisor/Senior apprised of potential problems.
Qualifications- BA degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced MS Office skills for Outlook Skype Word Excel PowerPoint
- Operational knowledge of SharePoint based tools & trackers: Disputes Customer master
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
