Requirements
QQI Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care Social Work Psychology Nursing or a related field (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years experience in a social care or health and social care setting.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment.
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic professional and committed to quality care and staff development.
Full clean drivers licence (desired not essential).

Manage budgets resources and staffing schedules effectively. Conduct staff supervision training and performance reviews. Maintain accurate records reports and documentation.
