- Be the trusted partner for your accounts driving long-term growth and loyalty.
- Lead strategic business planning and commercial negotiations that deliver meaningful wins for both your customers and Lion.
- Own and accelerate sales growth volume revenue and market share.
- Transform customer market and consumer insights into actionable strategies that strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
- Ensure our premium and iconic brands are planned present and performing at their best in every venue.
- Hunt for new opportunities while growing and nurturing existing relationships to maximise impact.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven success in sales and account management with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the on-premise FMCG or alcohol/beverage sector is highly valued.
- Ability to build trust grow partnerships and lead commercial discussions confidently.
