Job Description & Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Compensation Functional Expert to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing the Workday Compensation module configurations. The candidate should be skilled in configuring compensation plans grades and eligibility rules supporting end-to-end compensation review processes for large territories. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recommending solutions and ensuring the alignment of compensation strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
At least 4 years of experience in maintaining the Workday Compensation module configuration tenant setup and BPs definitions.
Expertise in configuring compensation plans grades grade profiles eligibility rules and grids.
Extensive experience in supporting end-to-end compensation review processes in Workday for large territories with more than 15000 users
Experienced with mass uploads using EIBs mass operations management (MOM) task purging data calc fields and migrating configurations between tenants.
Have a good understanding of HR processes and worker data.
Knowledge of at least one other Workday module such as HCM Absence Benefits Reporting Onboarding Security Talent Recruiting or Payroll (for Canada and the UK).
Skilled in resolving complex issues recommending solutions and assessing dependencies on Workday functionalities and interfaces.
Good understanding of core ITIL processes (Incident Management Change Management Problem Management etc.) and information security and data protection standards
Experience in customer support using ticketing systems; knowledge of SLAs and support KPIs
Extensive stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills
Demonstrate an understanding of business operations within a large multinational organization including factors such as time zone variations cultural diversity and collaboration among team members across multiple locations.
Completed Workday training and earned PRO/Partner Certification in the area of expertise
Works well alone or with a team
Fluent in English
