Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is responsible for provide technical support and troubleshooting for our diagnostics products. Key responsibilities include the followings:
Provide Technical support and troubleshooting conduct customer training for diagnostics instruments
Perform Instrument Validation based on The Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS)
Implement IT solutions
Support Sales Service to hospitals and private laboratories
Requirements:
College or equivalent graduates with related background in medical technology pathological diagnostics or biological science
IT knowledge is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Application Support in medical or diagnostics industry is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Chinese and English
