Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in Computing / Information Systems or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in systems development and implementation
- Experience in the following is an advantage:
- Applications in domain areas of CRM Customer Service Contract Management Governance
- AI Low Code (i.e. Power Platform) and SharePoint online
- Data analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI etc.)
- Microsoft Azure cloud platform Microsoft SQL Server Tomcat DevOps and tools
- Python Java SQL HTML etc.
- Experience in UI/UX Design is an advantage
- Good communication (English Cantonese Mandarin) and interpersonal skills
- Possession of Certified Project Management Professional is an advantage
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms

Responsibilities
- Conduct business requirement analysis detail system design quality assurance implementation user supports project management and vendor management
- Conduct application system development including design coding testing deployment user support and documentation
- Prepare documentation such as meeting minutes project meeting materials business requirement documentation functional design documents user test case etc.
- Collaborate with users contractors solution vendors and offshore development centres for application implementation activities
