Job Summary
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in London United Kingdom! Were looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel at building positive relationships with customers and resolving their concerns efficiently.
- Interact with customers via phone email and in person to provide information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Process orders cancellations and account changes using our computer systems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
- Stay updated on company products services and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Adaptability to handle various customer personalities and situations
- Basic clerical and administrative skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
