What I will be doing:

As a Support Worker within our Individual Supports Program youll have the opportunity to support children and young adults to:

Grow everyday confidence in practical real-life situations.
Strengthen their decision-making independence and social skills.
Build relationships and community connections.
Celebrate achievements no matter how big or small.

Our Programs have a strong focus on helping our participants to learn the skills needed to achieve their individual goals through the programs that we offer. This isnt just about helping someone make a meal or catch a bus. Its about being present as someone discovers what theyre capable of.
