Job Summary
We are seeking a bright energetic and purpose-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to serve our Magic Valley clinics (Twin Falls Kimberly Jerome Wendell and Filer ID).
Youll be the connector who helps our patients providers and community experience the magic of Wright PTone handshake one event and one post at a time.

Primary Responsibilities:
Community & Physician Engagement
Youll be the face of Wright PT in the communitybuilding meaningful relationships sparking connection and helping others experience the joy and excellence that define our care.
- Become one with the local community and understand what matters to them patients and providers.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers through in-office visits provider lunches educational in-services and Q&A sessions.
- Represent Wright PT at community events health fairs and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate plan and execute outreach initiatives that elevate Wright PTs visibility and deepen community trust.
Content Creation & Social Media Execution
Youll be the creative storyteller who brings our mission to life across all platforms.
- Plan capture and share content that reflects the energy and heart of Wright PTpatient transformations team highlights community events and purpose-driven moments.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align social media messaging with company campaigns seasonal events and service spotlights.
- Create short-form videos reels and graphics that engage audiences and represent the uplifting spirit of our clinics.
- Engage with online followers and community partners responding with warmth and professionalism to comments messages and mentions to further build and contribute to this great community.
- Use analytics and trends to continually improve engagement and impact.
Qualifications :
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in marketing community relations or social media management preferred
- Knowledge of public relations strategies and event planning
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn)
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel throughout the Magic Valley
