Job Summary
The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all beverage operations across the resorts dining venues bars and events. This role ensures exceptional guest service quality beverage offerings cost control team training and compliance with company standards. The Beverage Manager will lead innovate and elevate the beverage program to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with the resorts brand standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 35 years experience in similar supervisory / management role in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
- Strong knowledge of beverages mixology wines and spirits
- Good understanding of bar operations cost control & inventory
- WSET Certification or equivalent is an advantage
- Strong communication leadership and guest engagement skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
