Description- Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams (Sales Production Scheduling) to ensure business plan objectives are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular updates to the Executive Director on relevant business activities requirements and operational KPIs.
- Ensure Regional Managers and teams are fully aligned with the regional vision and short-to-long-term business objectives.
- Lead the creation and streamlining of operational processes to make Field Operations more governable and efficient.
- Oversee monthly wholesale programs based on optimized sales stock and profitability ensuring alignment with new vehicle launch plans.
- Manage monthly production and ideal order mix ensuring programs are properly authored reviewed and aligned through dedicated systems.
- Ensure distributors have realistic production commitments and forecasts that are consistent with company targets.
- Support the Revenue Management team in setting up Annual Sales Objectives (ASO) targets for distributors.
- Lead the SSRD process with particular emphasis on distributor touchpoint interfaces.
- Supervise key governance pillars including SK CAFÉ reporting Order Fulfillment Supply Chain and desk procedures.
- Conduct ad-hoc analytical studies to support fact-based strategy discussions with distributors.
- Provide up-to-date industry competitive information and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Manage and develop the Field Operations Analyst team including performance management and professional coaching.
- Oversee team administration including vacation planning expense reports and compliance with company requirements.

Qualifications- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Sales Operations Field Operations Supply Chain Planning or Demand Forecasting.
- Automotive Industry experience is strongly preferred particularly in wholesale planning vehicle ordering and distribution networks.
- Proven experience in managing teams coaching analysts and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Expert in forecasting inventory management and data analysis to support Annual Sales Objectives (ASO) and strategic decision-making.
- Ability to streamline processes manage KPIs and oversee order fulfillment/scheduling systems.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to report effectively to Senior Leadership and influence stakeholders.
