- Lead a team of highly experienced Customer Quality and Product Insights Engineers with primary focus on monitoring product performance at customer Integration and Field; identify problematic areas and issues that need quick resolution.
- Ensure WD Quality leadership and Intimacy and Top QBR Customer Quality Rankings and Scores
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to resolve product related issues at customers.
- Represent the Company Quality Organization and the Team in internal or customer-facing meetings.
- Strong knowledge of quality and reliability and ability to drive issue resolution following 8D methodology.
- High level of analytical skills strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication (fluent in English any other language is a plus) and presentation skills.
- Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations.
- Flexible to meet the demands of the role.
- Quick learner - can pick up new tools for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in Storage industry with at least 5 years of management experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of professional experience.
- Customer facing is preferred but not required
