Join us as Talent Management Intern at our Utrecht office starting January/February 2026. During this internship youll help strengthen the learning and development culture within JDE Netherlands and support the team with various Talent Management projects.
Your key activities will be:
- Assisting in the development and rollout of tools materials and communications related to Learning & Development Performance Management Talent Management and Engagement
- Planning and organizing various trainings and communicating with stakeholders
- Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding program for new employees
- Providing administrative support and managing the Learning & Development mailbox
- Maintaining and improving digital learning solutions and learning systems
- Contributing ideas on sustainable employability engagement and performance initiatives

Qualifications :

Heres what were looking for:
- Academic Program: Youre enrolled in a bachelors or masters program (BSc or MSc) throughout the internship period preferably in HR Educational Science Pedagogy HRD Psychology or Sociology
- Skillset: Youre proficient in MS Office and fluent in English. Experience with learning systems or organizing trainings is a plus
- Personal traits: You work in a structured way are energetic and proactive communicate easily and enjoy working in a team while also being independent
- Commitment: Youre available for at least 5 months.
- Availability: You can join the internship 4 or 5 days a week with three days in the office and one day from home a great mix of collaboration and independence
